The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office is now accepting applications for the position of
Under general supervision, receives, stores and issues materials, supplies and clothing to inmates housed at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center. Oversees the constant flow of stock in and out of warehouse. Maintain daily invoices and shipment records to ascertain the state of all stocks as well as processes purchase orders and re-orders from supplier. Unloading shipment trucks and stocking shelves. Fill orders and deliver orders within DLMCJC. General cleaning. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills Knowledge and Abilities
Skill in the operation of a PC; in maintaining records and files; and in performing a variety of general clerical duties. Knowledge of PC equipment; of operations procedures; of records and filing systems; of interdepartmental correspondence and telephone system; of departmental policies and procedures; of departmental forms. Ability to organize and comprehend data to perform detailed work; to type accurately; to exercise tact, patience and courtesy in dealing with others to maintain confidentiality; and to understand
and follow established policies and procedures.
Salary and Hours
$13.00/Hr from 8:00am-10:00pm Tuesdays and Fridays
