In 2021 TCSO opened our new dispatch center, known as the Tulsa Regional Emergency Communications Center (TRECC). This center is the primary public safety dispatch center for the unincorporated areas of Tulsa County, Catoosa and Sperry. TRECC’s highly-trained staff members answer your emergency calls and send help where it is needed. These men and women are vital to public safety, as they are the first voice that callers hear when they call 911.
