To retrieve the personal property of a person arrested and placed in the Tulsa County Jail, please contact the DLM property room at (918) 596-8872. For other questions regarding property, please call (918) 596-5655.


The TCSO Property Room stores items of evidence along with found property for safekeeping. The primary duty is maintaining the physical integrity and control of evidentiary items in the custody of the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office. The Property Room staff is responsible for ensuring chain-of-custody when evidence is needed for court proceedings.

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office property room stores all department evidence, items turned in for destruction, items being held for the rightful owner and unclaimed found property. In addition, the property room disposes of unclaimed property and evidence through destruction or public auction. Auctions take place through a public website, http://www.publicsurplus.com/.

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office Property Room is located in the Faulkner Building at 303 West First Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Property Room Hours

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office Property Room is open to the public Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30am to 11:30am and from 12:30pm to 3:30pm; the Property Room closes each day from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
