TCSO was honored on May 17, 2017, by OHSO for an outstanding effort in impaired driving enforcement.


May 17, 2017 - Torch Run

Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office has participated in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics for over ten years. The Torch Run is an event in which officers and athletes run the "Flame of Hope" to the Opening Ceremonies of Special Olympics competitions. This year Deputy Justin Green carried the Flame of Hope into the arena for the opening ceremony.

May 18, 2017 - Fallen Officer’s Memorial

Thank you to everyone who presented and attended the FOP #188 & TCSO 2017 Law Enforcement Memorial. It was a touching tribute to the 12 brave men who lost their lives while protecting the citizens of Tulsa County since 1909; the most recent was Deputy Wesley Green Cole in 1972.

This year’s guest speaker was Matt Pinell, State Party Director of the Republican National Committee.
